just a thought. since the Jedi Academy is a place of learning. and people can becomes knights and trainers. Perhaps there should be another test for those who want to Graduate from the Academy and go onto spend more times on clans. They can add to a request to Join a clan that they had graduated from the JA with honours and abilities in certain skills and perhaps have a reference from a JAT. So that we can extend to those out there that we are just a teaching place and not a clan. Cause I think there are people here that would be ready for such a thing. It would be similar to the current way to become a Knight, but not as hard. and people could be Jedi Academy Graduates. just a thought.  _______________ .Lag Bro to Xanatos. Adopted Twin to Bubu. well actually. JAT's wouldn't be snowed under for requests. as it would be similar to knight. You would have to be nominated by JAK's. and that's even before you know of it. here's my thought A number of JAK's nominate someone but don't tell them, over a time that students behaviour and skills are noted as they play. If the student is told that would ruin the testing process as the student would then ACT good, even if they are. that's why you don't tell them. this way you can canditly keep an eye on them without them knowing they are being tested to see how they act with other players. after a time of this, then they are Asked to complete a few training exercises or classes , and then maybe a hard test to finish it off. It's not something that could be done over a day or week and it would get more people on the servers playing better and behaving better as well. _______________ .Lag Bro to Xanatos. Great idea. Although it would mean the JAT's would be FLOODED by requests for such a gruduation. I proposed something like this a while ago. Kinda exam you take at a certain time that shows your skills in various regions aswell as commenting your attened classes, behaviour, comments of students etc. DJ said it would be too much work, especially the trials, and that people should come here to learn and not to focus on the exam. That would be awesome! Not some degree of JA expertise, because that's tooooooooo "expert" but like, acknowledgement of having attended x # of classes and learned all the moves and can answer theory questions. I think its neato! |
