Argh! *covers eyes* Caps! Anyway.... for the master part: http://www.thejediacademy.net/forums_detail_page.php?f_id=1921 but talking with them on servers, IRC, etc, and getting to know them is THE best method. PS: Welcome to the Academy.  As for the trainer part.... It is hard. You have to become a JAK first, which takes quite a thing too (look at http://www.thejediacademy.net/forums_detail_page.php?f_id=3693 for a description of the way towards JAK).Basically you need to have skills, be mature, be able to take responsibility, have some abilities in the way of teaching and of course be able to be serious (even though that lacks sometimes at certain people  ). |
