Folks, I bear bad news. Tiamat, AnaalNathrakh, Maciek, or however you know him, was recently involved in a horrific accident, in which he sustained very serious injury to his shoulder and hand. He recently went under the knife, and we haven't heard from him since. We know that he will never regain full use of his shoulder and hand again, thus, it is likely he'll find it difficult to play JKII with us again. Maciek is a dear friend of mine, and has stuck by me through thick and thin. He was also the first person I taught in the JA as a padawan/apprentice. Please leave words of support for him, because by god, i'll drag his ass to the doors of the JA if I have to! Great, I'm so glad everything worked out correct with the operation. Although there is no such thing as to say it all went well. I just found that topic, and i thought it would be a good place to make a little speech, to those interested . I came back form hospital and rehabiliation center yesterday and finally stopped using painkillers. Good to have my own brain again, not the damn chemicals. Firstly, i would like to thank all of You for support, best wishes and prayers. You made me speechless when i saw what You have done to my profile, and my mailbox . I dont know how can i repay You all for that. Somehow i feel, that JA mental support was one of the things that kept me alive, for all the time spend in hospital. It was something amazing, when i saw best wishes from people i know and those i have not met even once. For this im grateful to the end of my days. You brought me back to life from the worst experience in my whole life, and restored my faith in humanity . I would like to thank all of You personally, but its almost impossible. Some day i will try.For those interested, I ended with a metal plate in my shoulder with three screws holding it with some parts of bones crushed and replaced with ceramic of some sort. It's almost impossible to move it, since the wounds are not yet healed as they should be. My fingers and palm of my hand are working fine, but get tired to quickly. It will take some time, to recover some of my arm usefullness. I have no chance to bring it to the state from before the accident and doctors told me that 50% is max what i can do. Bad news for me are, that in this state i wont be able to play Jedi Knight anymore. Try to realize how i feel, with preordered JK: Jedi Academy, since this game and JA is my opium from the first time i joined Merce4ary class on DJ server. I just cant use mouse and keyboard at the same time anymore and nothing that requires both hands. Good thing is, that I will buy myself a joystick one day, but my finances are ruined at he moment. I will not give up JA. I will not give up Jedi Knight. One day i will be able to play with You all again. Since then, to all of You: Keep that place alive and kicking Spcial thanks to my fellow headbangers: JJ and Black Eagle for constant support and keeping me in real world. I owe You THAAAANK YOUU !!! GOODNIGHT !!! *loud poof* *Tiamat dissapears in a flash and smoke* _______________ Some people look at earth as a place of injustice, some people look at earth as a prosperous and beautiful place. I on the other hand choose not to look, for I despise it all far too much. My wish is to put a stop to all earthly life and one day I will.
