Hi there Zigster, the dificulty level was introduced to classes so that students may pick classes acordingly to what they think their level is.
The subjects covered by this class will depend on mastering a series of beginers moves. Moves that the trainer won't have the time to cover If you'r e not able to perform them. And you might feel a little lost after a while. But if you feel that you have these basic moves covered then go ahed and enroll, even if you havn't taken a begginers class.
