Well for some reason Geforce 3's are very thin on the ground at retail outlets in this country. Everyone seems to be stocking geforce mx's in what I call the "super budget" catagory.
But if he can find a geforce 3 for that kind of cash then, I agree, go for it!

You can get a much better card for under 100 dollars, possibly 50 bucks you can get a geforce 3 ti500 ( decent card ) Much better graphics and has 64MB memory in it...some versions have 128mb :)

Hi,

I havent got the game yet, tomorrow is the big day for me. However..
If you download the demo, that will almost certainly have the same video memory requirements as the full game.
You will probably need to set the texture detail to minimum, resolution to 640x480, and maybe even stick to 16 bit colour.
Theoretically, it should work, unless lucasarts has specifically coded in a check for the amount of video memory u have.
If that is the case, and you get an error along the lines of " insufficent video memory", then my advice would be to upgrade your video card.
If cost is a consideration, you could get away with just getting a cheapy gerforce 2/4mx.
I've seen them for about £20 ($30) in the local pc superstores. You could probably do even better by ordering online or visiting a smaller local computer retailer.

Good Luck
