I think the whole movie was really bad, no real storyline, poor actors (except for Liam Neesson and Ewan McGregor), and and overall feeling of 'for kids' movie. Nothing in common with the episodes 4 to 6. I tended to ignore everything in the movie with the exception of Pademe and the feel of Naboo (awsome planet, I try very hard to integrated into my Fanfic) and the deeper look into what a Jedi does ei. the way they move in combat and the whole mentality of the force. Same thing with Ep. II...someone pointed out the other day I'm not a Star Wars Fan, I'm a Jedi Fan which some would think whats the diff, but when I though about it...It kinda made sense. _______________ Look unto me for I possess the blue flag!! Good point Vaughn! I've never done any acting (except when I wanted to skip school, I did a great "stomach ache" ), but I feel like I could at least do a decent job at acting, as long as it's not a Broadway-style musical, I think they're kinda...well, silly. I say that Jar Jar rocked & so did young Ani's acting. The storyline fit well also, so there was not one thing wrong with anything in the movie. I still say: "when you flame an actor for an acting job... could you have done a better job?" you yourself, not 'another actor', or 'my brother' or 'my sister', you. Yourself. Maybe you arent the right person for the role, *for example, you being a 30 year old male, playing a 12 year old girls role*, imagining you as the right age/gender for the role, would you have been able to do a better job? If the answer is YES, go ahdead and flame the actor. If the answer is NO, then you have no right to flame them. Thats why I try not to criticise actors saying 'oh that sucked', without a reason 'why'. 'horrible actor' or 'acting sucks' isnt a reason 'why', thats a 'i dont know why, so ill just make soemthing up'. OF course, half of the time im evaluating plays (peer plays), its just a feeling I get. but whatever. _______________ When you become an actor, you become the person, and you dont act anymore. JarJar dint cause problems in ep.1. In episode 2 he asked senate to give emergency powers to palpatine. OMFG it is fault the empire started. Because of that millions maybe billions of people died. |
