Sup "Would you have done a better job as anakin?" No, but to me the funniest thing lucas ever said about casting Hayden Christian for the role of anakin was in a Featurette from EP2. "For the charater of Anakin, I wanted someone who looked rebellios, someone who brought a sort of James Dean rebiliion to the screen." Guess he didnt see the, TV movie "James Dean" starring James Franco, the movie itself wasnt that great but Franco's preformance was, and his resembalance to Dean was almost scary. true, apparently he was the best of the kids who auditiond for anakin. I always ask people this: would you have done a better job as anakin? Think of this; it was most likely his 1st BIG production, Ever. He was the best of the kids auditioning for that part.
