i'm good al around the wekkend's to , i'm in california , so if you can configure it the time's , for everyone ,just put it on a weekend for me. |

OK ..SSniper correct me if wrong, the stage we are now at is the trials for team, right? OK - How about you suggest a time and day for a trial from the info we have at the mo (even if not everyone has replied...), clear it with the JACs (Not sure what's happening there  ), then just tell us all that that is the provisional time and date for the trial?You'll soon get people saying yes or no once you tell them that you have a possible time down, cos it sounds like something is happening, LOL. The problem with most people (ESPECIALLY ME  ) is we're lazy, and will simply wait for you to sort it all out And unless you tell us what is the waiting point, then we'll assume it's stagnating, even if it's our own lack of interest, lol.BE FIRM, MOY SAN!!!! Tuesdays and thurdays is not a good day for me, I get home around 6:30 p.m pacific, 9:30pm eastern. Mon, Wed, Fri would be a better time. Guys, have you presented this to Council ? Please present me a document with your plans. This following info should be included: 1st - Objectives (where do you plan to compete and at what level) 2nd - Team presponsible/es. These ppl/person will be responsible for the team's actions and for keeping the team and it's members within the Academy's spirit and laws even on th epublic servers. Meaning if we hear any news conserning cheating,inapropriate behavour, etc. out there the responsible/es will have to answer for the team. 3 -Team rules and practice schedulle - By rules I mean, minimum and max amount of players, etc. I suggest having enough ppl to form 2 teams (witch will help with practices) and select an official team among them before each match. 4 - Selection criterea - How do you plan to select ppl. Again the team responsible/es will have to make sure peeps are being selected by their skill and teamwork habilities and not because they are buddys. Ummm......from about 18.00 to 21.00 EST most nights...but am adaptable. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday eveninbgs may be awkward, earlier is better for me on those days. Well I'm at school mon-thur, I get home about 3:30 p.m on mon and weds. Weds, and Fri I have tkd prac from 4-6. Hmm Mondays seems to be the only day I can practice with you guys.
