How do you (in SP) defeat the dark force users? For the staff wielders, I normally wait till they do the spinny attack thing (crouch+forward+attack) and then I roll in and stab 'em. It normally get's 'em. For strong single saber users, for some reason I find that having only one of my duals up hits better than duals. So what about the rest of you? yea, I played around with that a while ago. I kinda felt sorry for the troopers tho cause they had no chance and it'd be kinda scary if it happened to ya. I started just 'confiscating' everyone's weapons after that, and it was quite funny with lots of stormtroopers running around all over the place. Made it hard to move after a while, but a saberthrow fixed that...with g_saberrealisticcombat on, there was lotsa stormtrooper lying about. I like gripping them and then when they stand still w/o saber turned on I roll-stab them. Or just grip them off a ledge  . In JO I used to force jump as high as I could go then forcepull the stormtroopers and everyone and it was cool...they'd die on the way up. I've just found out you can do it in JA too. If you use a scroll rolly thing on your mouse to switch force powers and/or have shortcut keys for force grip and push, you can do this quite easily. 1.Force Grip your opponent (lvl 3) 2.Hold them up in the air 3.Let go of grip and quickly use force push They will fly up into the air so high that they'll just fall back down and die. They have no chance of blocking your push becuase, well, they're airborn. _______________ "If you hold back anything, I'll kill you. I usually stop a Sith by killing him No seriously... Just run up to him and press the attack so hard that he'll have to walk backwards when he gets to an edge, push him off... i stuck with single saber, blue lunge spam took care of those reborn no problem _______________ if at first you dont succeed, try and try again. if you still dont succeed, youve just wasted a whole lot of time trying something you just cant do

Sup, Yeah in SP cnat u move while u doing special moves? I never had a problem just special move then run at them. Dont forget using Force protect + force absorb makes a freakin beast in SP. I went through single first. Heavy stance works great for disciples and bosses. Normal for everyone else. |

well, the first time i went thru the SP campaign...i picked the dual sabers when i got the chance....then i really just spammed the forward+attack+crouch move. That owned them pretty good. The second time I played...I chose to stay w/ the single saber. Then pretty much heavy stance took care of them. |
