Just to show that I'm making progress:

"Twenty years ago, a young Jedi named Massadoobie had a dream. A dream of a place where force-sensitive students from all walks of life were trained to use the light side of the Force. Where Jedi throughout the galaxy could come together and share with each other their knowledge of the force. A dream of a Jedi Academy.

"Fifteen years later, his dream became a reality. Today, the Jedi Academy on Yavin IV has all but succeeded in reviving the glory and splendor of the Jedi Knights during the golden days of the republic. The Jedi are the keepers of peace in the galaxy, achieving with their knowledge of the force what few can ever hope to do, and making it a safer place to live in. Every citizen of the New Republic should be grateful for the efforts of our Jedi guardians, and the man who started it all: Massadoobie DuBois.

"We will return after these messages..."

Massadoobie smiled fondly. Over two hundred thousand years since the invention of the holonet, and still advertisements plagued the network.

Suddenly, he felt a strong wave of energy from the living Force, tightening a grip around his throat.

He struggled to turn only to have the invisible fingers draw tighter. With a burst of force energy, he willed the grip to loosen.

Falling to the ground, he gasped for air as he turned and gazed upward to the shrouded figure. He obviously wasn't an academy student, as Massadoobie has never seen him before. Although he was clothed in coarse linen steel gray robes with the musty smelling of corners in an old spanner closet, he exuded a strange dark power.

The figure towered high above the fallen Massadoobie, and said simply, “Massadoobie, my old classmate.”

"Ex..Exar Kun!" shouted Massadoobie.

“You are growing senile, you old fool.” Exar Kun’s voice was laced with menace. “Still watching the old holos, reviving past glories?”

“How did you get in here?” Massadoobie demanded.

“You should not expect too much of your students.” Exar Kun snarled. “They are but infants. Do not forget that I am the last of the Sith. Your puny Jedi could not even detect my presence.”

“Some Sith you are.” said Massadoobie, getting to his feet. “Are you forgetting how I defeated you on Hoth?”

“Ancient history,” Exar Kun dismissed it with a wave of his hand. “I, too, have not been idle in the twelve years since our last encounter.”

“What do you mean?” Massadoobie’s mind was already starting to form a plan.

“I mean, you pathetic excuse for a Jedi, that even as we speak, an army of Dark Jedi and Imperials under my command is moving to crush your academy.”

Massadoobie turned white, but nailed Exar Kun with a hard look. “You lie,” he hissed.

“Oh, we shall see about that.” Exar Kun smiled. “I have no more words for you, Massadoobie. I would dearly love to allow you the chance to watch your academy destroyed, and your students slaughtered, but I know you too well to take that chance. Farewell, Massadoobie.”

Time seemed to slow down for Massadoobie as he watched the white-hot lighting streak from Exar Kun’s fingers. Before he was even aware of what he was doing, he absorbed all the force of Exar Kun’s attack and tore down the ceiling of his room, placing a wall of rock in between him and his attacker.

Massadoobie turned and ran down towards the training grounds. He couldn’t let Exar Kun slow him down. If what Exar Kun said had been true-and he had no reason to lie-the academy was about to face its greatest challenge yet.

On the other side of the wall, Exar Kun snarled.

“Fool,” He said. “All he did was buy himself time.” He grabbed a communicator from his robe. "Bring them in," he boomed. "Now."

ShadowSith was conducting a class when the Stormtroopers arrived.

“Stormies!” he shouted to his students. “Stay back, I’ll handle this. Skyler!” he called to the other trainer in the room. “Get the students to safety! And alert the others!”

“No fair,” grumbled Skyler as he led the students away. “How come you get to have all the fun?”

ShadowSith was already rushing towards the Stormtroopers, his saber drawn and ignited. He released a wave of kinetic force at the first of the stormtroopers, smashing them into the wall, then began slashing into their ranks with cold efficiency. No stroke was wasted, the room was soon filled with dead or unconscious stormtroopers.

“There’s more of them outside!” He looked up to see Smily running towards him. “Reborn, too!”

“Damn, “ he swore. “This had to happen today.”

“Why, was there a better day for this to have happened?”

“Well, Tuesday would have been nice.”

“Why Tuesday?”

“Well, for one thing, Jello would have been too busy to collect that bet I placed on you.”

Smily looked at him curiously. “You were betting on me?”

“Aah-“ ShadowSith scratched the back of his head nervously. Shouldn’t have said that, he thought. “Hey, look over there! STORMTROOPERS!” He ran towards the stromies like, well, ShadowSith to a stormtrooper.

“Hey!” shouted Smily. “Get back here, you!” She ignited her saber and chased after him.

Meanwhile…

“WTF?” DJ was sipping his milk (or whatever it is twisted vice-dictators like to drink while watching Teletubbies) when a red saber flew in the window of his penthouse.

Instantly he dropped to the floor and rolled directly under the window, using the force to knock the saber out of the air. The deactivated lightsaber clattered to the floor. Using the force, he sensed a growing dark presence descending on the academy. Not good, he thought. Then the wall behind him exploded.

Instinctively DJ Sith rolled out of the way and turned on his lightsaber. He dared a peek outside. A squadron of flying Imperials stormtroopers was firing energy grenades at the temple. Oh no you don’t, he thought. As soon as he saw the next barrage of blue energy, he leapt into the opening in the wall and used the force to send the energy grenades right back at the Imps. Three were smashed out of the sky immediately. The rest changed tactics and fanned out, spraying a hail of metallic bullets at him. DJ Sith threw his saber, cutting down another one, and using the force to grab his repeater. He fired continuously at the Imps, then, as more of them arrived, sent an energy grenade at the ceiling to seal off the entrance.

Still cradling the Imperial repeater in his arms, he ran towards the turbolifts to search for Doobie.

Eclipse dashed towards the entrance hall. Beside him were Shannon and Dark Blade. They had to get to the training grounds. The academy was under serious threat. Suddenly, lightning erupted from somewhere above them, blowing a hole into the ceiling. Blocks of broken stone fell upon the three Jedi like rain. Eclipse thrust the debris aside with the force, just as a shadowy figure dropped down in front of them. It was Exar Kun. His red saber was held high in an aggressive attack stance.

The Jedi activated their lightsabers. Blue, green, and yellow light flared up to meet the red glow of Exar Kun’s lightsaber.

“It would be quite convenient,” said Exar Kun. “If you were never to leave this room.” Then he attacked.

The three Jedi were thrown back by the ferocity of his attack. Exar Kun launched into a spinning kata as he moved towards them. Waves of kinetic force energy slammed into the Jedi.

“Counterattack!” shouted DB, reeling from the force of Exar’s force blow.

As one, the Jedi charged toward Exar Kun. Eclipse YDFA’ed Exar. Shannon lunged at him. DB did a DFA2. They thought together they could stand a chance. They were wrong.

Exar Kun reached out with both his hands, simultaneously using drain, grip, lightning and fire on the three Jedi, sucking the life and energy out of them. He then spun around and released his grip, throwing all three Jedi through the walls of the room.

Eclipse was the last one standing, holding his lightsaber low.

“Insolent Jedi, prepare to die,” Exar Kun laughed. He held his saber high, and prepared to swing down, when a powerful force push threw him off balance.

“Luke!” eclipe turned to the newcomer.

"Ahh, Luke Skywalker," Exar Kun sneered. "We meet again."

Eclipse and Luke Skywalker thumbed their lightsabers on. The room was lit by the glow of their lightsabers.

Luke charged towards Exar Kun, and Exar Kun, acting all cool, was holding his lightsaber down by his side in an almost lazy guard.

"Yaargh!" yelled Luke and Eclipse. Easily, Exar Kun held his lightsaber down and cut off Eclipse's leg. As he fell, his lightsaber flew at Exar Kun, along with Luke's, but Exar Kun easily deflected them. The sabers fell useless to the floor.

"Enough of this charade." Exar Kun leaped in the air. For a few seconds, he hovered over Luke, and performed a DFA2.

Luke, too fast for that, and rolled over to the side. He grabbed his lightsaber on the ground.

Suddenly, the doorws slid open and in came Bubu, Jedi Academy Trainer, with his blue lightsaber graciously lit. He walked slowly forward, and stopped by Luke.

"This party's over," he said coolly.

They were coming closer and closer, when suddenly Jacen Aratan ran into the room. He was grinning strangely. Luke stayed with Exar Kun and Bubu faced Jacen. The Sith both ignited their sabers and dropped into a stance the Jedi had never seen.

Luke tried to trap Exar Kun in his own mind for a while, but the Dark lord was too strong for him.

“Jedi fool, you are no match for the Dark Side!” Exar Kun sent out a telekinetic mind shock, and Luke fell to the ground into a strange sleep. His own enemy defeated, Exar turned his attention towards Bubu and Jacen.

Bubu did a YDFA, and Jacen leapt above him.

“The Force betrays you, Jedi!” he shouted, preparing to RDFA down on him.

Bubu rolled to the side and kicked Jacen away from him. The Sith jumped up ad used lightning to blast Bubu to the floor, then gripped him and slammed him against the ceiling. Bubu pushed Jacen, freeing himself of the Sith’s grip and RDFA’d down. Jacen jumped out of the way and lunged for Bubu, but Bubu was too fast for him and sabered Jacen in the back. He fell to the floor and didn’t move.

Exar Kun sneaked up on Bubu from behind and gripped him. Bubu tried to move but Exar was too powerful.

It seemed to be over, when suddenly Exar Kun flew into the air, mercilessly pushed away. He stood up and saw Eclipse on the ground near Bubu. Both Jedi realized that it was not the time to worry about falling to the dark side and started gripping Exar Kun. Exar couldn't even breathe dominated by the power of the two Jedi.

Then the doors of the room opened and an entire assault force of battle droids, stormtroopers, clone troopers, Reborn, droidekas and Shadowtroopers ran into the room.

"At.... last..." mumbled Exar and then lost consciousness.

All of the troopers surrounded the fallen Jedi, and the droidekas rolled into all four corners of the room. They halted and locked into assault position.

Wisps of smoke and the acrid smell of burnt leather hung in the air.

All trooper rifles were trained on the Jedi and on the sith.

The door opened and in strode Buzz Vader, flanked by the jive talking ex-Jedi, Jigsaw city.

"Heh, How izzy ken it be to kell Jedi, too dam izzy thets whut...hehehehe" Jigsaw thought he was a dude.

"Shut up Jigsaw! " Buzz Vader commanded respect from all corners of the galaxy.

"This was too easy for us. Reports are coming in that the Academy Council conference has ended on Yavin. We have to be quick else all the Knights and council members will be upon us before you know it!

Take all the clone troopers, and mine every entrance to the academy. Go!"

Jigsawcity pointed to the clone commanders and left the Matrix room.

"Droidekas, guard every entrance, Go!"

An intercom crackled into life.

"Landing bay active council transport landing in 60 Parsecs. All landing personnel to courtyard"

Buzz signaled to a shadowy group of figures in the corner of the room.

"You mercenaries. One Bothan Crystalline Ruby, for every live council member you bring me. As for the Knights and Trainers, I have no use for them. Kill them"

"30 Seconds to landing."

Buzz Vader's black helmet glistened.

"So, Chosen One, today will be a good day to die."

Then suddenly all the rifles, lightsabers and Master Yoda's ghost knows what more were pointed at Buzz Vader. His black helmet seemed to shrink.

"What is the meaning of this?" The troopers stepped aside. A trooper in red armor, apparently the battalion commander, appeared in front of the two Sith Lords. Suddenly he took his helmet off.

"WTF!?!" shouted Buzz and Jigsaw behind him.

It was none other than DJ Sith.

In another part of the academy, Masadoobie regained consciousness and started to walk towards the heart of the academy. All around him he could hear sounds of the fighting, nut he ignored them. He knew what he had to do.

Then he dropped down into the temple depths, where a strange, dark figure with hellish burning eyes stepped out of the shadows to confront him. The Dark Side was very powerful in him.

Masadoobie ignited his saber.

Suddenly, Massadoobie's body exploded into pain. His every nerve felt on fire. He reached out and searched for the opponent who had hidden himself.

"Show yourself!" Massadoobie had now reached the basement of the Academy. It was cold. Mist had enveloped everything.

"Well done Massadoobie." The sound of mock applause sounded and a shadowy figure stepped out of the mist.

Massadoobie's eyes opened wide with amazement.

The mystery figure was a mirror image of himself. That is, except for the eyes.

They were filled with anger.

Anger, and hate.

The figure smiled. "Yes, fear me, Massadoobie, because you have every right to. I have been following your every move in silence for years. From the moment you arrived in this universe I have never left your side."

"I am your clone, remember that little training session you had on Kamino? Well you left a little DNA behind, and I am the result. Carefully raised by my good friend and master, Jigsawcity."

"That two-bit freak raised you?" Massadoobie raised an eyebrow. "Mother would have been devastated.

The clone ignored him, igniting his saber. His eyes were full of malice. "So, brother, your time in the worlds of the living is over, it is now time for you to become one with the force."

Massadoobie's mind was reeling form the shock, he fought to stay focused and not be distracted by the clone's words.

"I will defeat you, you second-rate freak."

"Correct me if I'm wrong, Massadoobie, but can you defeat... yourself?"

The mist descended, and the clone's eyes blazed like blood red rubies.

For the first time, Massadoobie was overflown with anger.

He had been cloned and his clone was the strongest dark side foe he ever met. His rage exploded and he started fighting with the clone.

It was all but impossible to count the number of times they were in a saberlock, RDFA break, lungelock or YDFA counter. Both seemed to be of equal skill and neither would give. They clashed again and again until they were both covered with slash mark and close to collapse from exhausted, but the will to fight was still strong in them, and the need to win stronger still.

Masadoobie landed hard after a particularly vicious charge. He struggled to stand and kept his lightsaber facing the ground. The clone seemed to anticipate all his moves. I've never met anyone like him, he mused.

Then the realization hit.

I've never met anyone like him before because he is me. Since he is me, he is a strong as me. But while he has my strenghs, he also has my weaknesses. I've been trying to hard to guess what anyone else would do in his place. I should be trying to guess what I would do. Suddenly, he smiled. He knew what he had to do to win. He looked the clone straight in the eye and spoke.

"You are me and I am you, but at the same time we are both different people. There's only enough place for one Masadoobie in this galaxy." After saying so, he threw his saber at the clone. Masadoobie jumped into the air, while the clone blocked the throw. In flight Masadoobie caught his saber and performed a spectacular DFA2.

He landed behind the clone, his back to it.

The clone froze, then slid to the ground in two neat halves.

Massadoobie smiled. DJ Sith had taught him that trick. No matter how hard he tried, he had never been able to counter it. And now he thanked the Force he hadn't.

He looked at the fallen clone. "It is not my strengths who make me who I am. It is my weaknesses. It would do you well to remember that."

Taking one last look at the clone, he made his way slowly back to the higher levels of the academy.

In the jungle of Yavin IV, oblivious to the battle in progress at the academy...

"I did it! " Johnny Rico looked at the hilt of his saber as it glinted in the sunlight.

"I finally am a Jedi Knight."

He ignited his saber and smiled at the sight of the emerging shaft of emerald green light.

He waved his saber around, fondly recalling the trial he had completed the previous day. Hacking away at a parasitic growth of shrubbery, he once again felt the pain of Nightcrawler's attack in his left rib.

The diminutive furry blue elf was a powerful Jedi, though his misleading appearance was the topic of much-unwarranted jibes. He had been the trainer in charge of Johnny's trial.

"Ouch!" he dropped his saber and clutched at his side.

"Still bruising from that kick, eh?"

It was none other than Nightcrawler himself.

"You wish, Nighty." said Johnny. "Your attack hurt me as much as a tickle stick would hitting a bantha."

"Don't call me Nighty." said Nightcrawler with a frown.

"Okay, Nightie."

"Don't.."

"I didn't call you Nighty. Read it again. That's Nightie, with an ie."

"Whatever." Nightcrawler shrugged it off. "Knight jocks."

"Yeah, well, I still can't get over it. I mean, me, a Jedi Knight! That's like, wow!"

"You did well at the trial, Johnny. Everyone there could see it. You really were one with the force."

"Thanks, Nightcrawler. That really means a lot to me. At times I still wonder what my parents would have thought of my decision."

"I'm sure they would have been proud."

"Thanks Nighty. Catch you later." Johhny headed back towards the grand temple.

Nightcrawler stood in the clearing for a while after he left, lost in thought. He didn't notice the dark presence in the force behind him, nor did he hear the whoosh of the tranquilizer dart until its tip penetrated his skin.

Nightcrawler, Jedi Academy trainer, sank to the ground in a fitful state of paralysis.

Oh yeah, I edited a bit, but all before the part where Exar fights Luke, so after that it gets a bit out of tune with reality.
