yes, ping is EVERYTHING! less important in siege, but none the less. Important. Thanks DJ for all you hard work. JK2 and JK3 home are hosted on the same server. The new system is assembled. I need to load the OS on it and get the web server on it up and running. After making sure everything's transferred we'll switch the DNS over and watch the fun begin. Expect it next week at the latest. Once the lag spikes are fixed the servers should repopulate. I hate to see them empty like this.  But this is Internet gaming. Ping is everything, right? _______________ My car is made of Nerf. |

Aw, I rather enjoyed the lag on the jk3-home server. I'm so used to it because of my blasted router  that I was able to duel perfectly normally. Ask Khalek the Chef. This comment was edited by Notation on Oct 31 2003 12:50pm. |

We are still here just popin in and out checking the status of the server. Sometimes I can play for a hour or so fine then blam lag moster hits. If ya dont see us on Ja home we or normally on Jase servers or wireplay. Keep the faith our home servers will be screamin soon. yeah, the lag spikes on the home(US) servers are horrible. for now i mainly play on wireplay, or JASE servers. its going to r0x0r when the new server is up |

I think Home is deserted mainly due to the lag. But DJ said the case for the new webserver got shipped today, and the parts should arrive tomorrow! Yay!! |
