It's really quite simple... This little trick starts from the very beginning when you read "Have you ever wondered". See, you'll notice that the opening is almost poetic. This form of poetry and others induce a certain type of brainwave patterns I believe this particular pattern is Theta. The poetic paragraph sets your brain waves to Theta then you're given some very simple math all adding up to six. Then you're asked to name a vegetable. Well carrot is the most common known vegetable to have six letters in it. So 98% of English speaking people will answer carrot. This trick is used in advertisements and has been for thousands of years. It's a legal form of subliminal messaging that one can be immune to, however, if you didn't guess carrot then you weren't paying attention and that could mean you have some form of ADD. If like me you guessed something else but then changed your mind to carrot then you don't have ADD you were just moving slow.
