MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!! now that's done, How do you get your map onto the net caus im almost done V1 of my map (Temple Of The Hidden Past) and i need to know!!!!! plz tell and MERRY CHRISTMAS (again) _______________ "I'm leaning more towards the cookie side" - leif two time winner of the "SilkMonkey Award for Best Evil Squirrel Based Avatar Picture" award! To make your map MP compatible, make sure that under File & Project Settings you have the Mapping Mode set to Multiplayer mapping mode. Then save your map and compile it as a .bsp file. After that you have to get a program called PAKSCAPE and make a New file and put your .bsp ile in there. Save it as a .pk3 and put it in your base folder  You're done You can now play it on your own machine as well as send the .pk3 to websites or friends Have fun mapping EDIT: You can do as I said above or better yet follow these instructions: http://richdiesal.jedioutcastmaps.com/tutorials/gc102lsn7.html Also the link to PAKSCAPE is on there This comment was edited by Charly on Dec 25 2003 02:38am. |
