Don't you think its time we had "court hearings" before we ban someone,i mean its only fair that they get a chance to explain themselves right?Like what if someone uses your name and gets you a warning thats not fair you should be able to defened yourselfe from that some way and this would be a great way to do it.Trail by jury or judge depending on the sercomestances...

DJ, rules are still Rules, does that imply if someone is misbehaving, would threatening them with a rocket launcher or something (i havent done this, its just an example) be conciderd a breech of rules, which = a warning? Yes we do track IP's on the game servers and website.  It makes it alot easier to keep track of all the badnicks.
As for a court... usually when I'm involved indisiplinary action I give the accused a chance to defend theiractions. The problem is even with good intentions rules are still rules. _______________ My car is made of Nerf. |

Well seeing th eIP might be good, but I think most player get a new IP everytime they go online. (Well not me, but some might) _______________ Falling from heaven is not as painfull, as surviving the impact. |

Bad idea I think. The rules are spelled out specifically so all you have to do is read them and know what not to do so you aren't banned. As for people using your name I think that the JAC/JAT's can check IP's so the name in a game isn't that big and if they're using your computer you should be telling them not to do those things. The JAC's would probably be willing to hear you out if someone did something bad on your name though.
