Just wondering if anyone else is having issues with the jk3home server. I haven't been able to log in all day. Seemed fine yesterday, loads all the way to "Awaiting Snapshot" and then errors?? Am I going nuts..or is something up? -Tamal  _______________ Tamal |

Dude, where's my server?!?!? Last night was only the second time in a long time I've actually logged onto an Academy server and spent an evening playing. I hadn't been on the Academy servers much for a long time. The changeover to the JK3 world was very depressing for me because I have such wonderful memories of the time I spent on the JK2 server. Yes, I know the JK2 server is still up and running, but it's almost always a ghost town when I go over there. Wandering alone in the empty corridors waiting for someone to show up and duel with me is really depressing when I remember how there used to be a full house every single night. So while I played a lot of Siege on public servers for a while, I was really slow coming around to JK3. But I was on last night, and Aphex and Ash were both there. It wasn't quite like old times, but it was really cool, and I'm slowly getting the hang of the new dueling system. Parrying still needs a lot of work. I like the new map well enough, but I don't much care for the outdoor area. Blue skies and wide open field notwithstanding, there's something gloomy about it. Love the room with the stage, though, and the bar is great. Can we get an estimate on when it'll be back up? In the meantime, I plan to hop over to the JK2 server for at least a little while tonight. _______________ My signature is only one line. You're welcome. |

UHm, well, it happened after some dueling on JK3 home when I was on with some other guys.
