You'll need to clarify the question. When you say dead people can read hex, do you mean that they could read it when they were alive? I know a few dead people, and none of them have read much of anything since their demise. Or do you mean that, despite being metabolically challenged, the dead can nonetheless read hex? Due to the exponential nature of population growth, something between 10 and 20 percent of all human beings who have ever been born are still alive right now. Pretty amazing, huh?
