I just got finished playing KOTOR, and one thing I found particuarly intresting was the jedi class system. For those of you who havent played the game, in it, you get the choice of one of three jedi classes: Consular, Sentinel, and Guardian, each specializing in a different technique of force powers, and saber styles. With each class being recognised by the color of their saber. Granted, KOTOR has way more options when it comes to force powers, but the saber techniques seems limited. My question is, is there or will there be anything like that here at the academy? If so, I think it could be interesting for a new kind of instruction. _______________ Wade_Vox |

As I see it, those are not ranks just a position. You can be a student consular a student guardian a consular knight aguardian trainer etc. It could simply be a choice made when you signup The only difference would be a consular is not as focused on battling as a guardian, So if you spend all your time on forums helping people talking on irc etc. you would be consualr. I remember those days, not fun. Everyone taking classes to get new ranks, I remember an old post where I wrote it was like a competition. |

Hmm. Yeah i wouldn't think we would have them, they are just variations to the ranks we already have, and would cause a little confusion. E.g, A Jedi Master and a Jedi Knight are both Consulars/Sentinels/Guardians in KOTOR. I dont think we should add ranks every time a new SW game comes out  My 0.02 cents _______________ You are not your f***ing system specs. I think he means Sentiel, Guardian, And that other class. That we will have that system. |

Well actually, the saber styles don't differ in KOTOR, you can use the Saber Crystals to change the attributes but thats about it. Secondly, what do you mean by 'will there be anything like that here at the academy?'? _______________ You are not your f***ing system specs.
