Testing a Siege Map

How does one test a siege map without having more than one computer easier than this:

I ran a dedicated server on my machine visible to LAN only. I ran JK3 and joined it. I minimized JK3 with the JA Minimizer program. I tried running JK3 a second time and it failed with a DLL error. So, I copied JK3 into another partition on my drive. I ran the second JK3 session from the second partition and it worked :) I joined the game and was able to play it solo. This chews a lot of RAM but I have a gig so it wasn't too bad.

I was looking for an answer that wouldn't require all that funking around to just test a map :P God, if you had to have a LAN party for any change you wanted to test, you'd have to have a buttload of LAN parties

My method works and is much quicker than trying to get people together but thanks for all the useless input.

Unfortunately, Obi-JK's right. Unless you have two computers, the only really workable way to test a siege map is to host it as an Internet game with a password and get a friend or two to join. There's usually a few JA members idling on IRC... :)
