Sorry, i thought of a new idea and am changing this a bit. What i was thinking a few minutes ago is... Many masters take their padawans on missions to train them and broaden their understanding and use of The Force. So what i was thinking was, if we could get some mappers to make single player maps and then export them to multiplayer, you could send masters and their padawans on missions(these missions would be Jedi Academy official missions) to give the Academy a story line. You could also make little missions or adventures for the students to go on. It would probably help make the Academy bigger and open new position if you made it a section of the academy (for storyline writers and all that kind of good stuff). It would just make peoples experience in the academy a better place. Well, the mod needs a story.. these could just be random missions you select to take on that arn't really linked together at all. Hmm, wait was this done before? I'm experiencing deja vu. _______________ Some friends wear pants, some don't. |

You can always try, it would be fun if it worked. But personally I don't think you (or anyone) will be able to pull it off. Look at the Single Player Mod project, or the RPG, or whatever  |

Hey thanks to propose your ideas, with that we could discuss about them and maybe with time find good solutions. I think it's probably too big as you described it. But I was thinking about some ideas like yours. We could for example use the fact that the two sides of the force are represented in the academy to make those missions with real people. It's only my newbie advice, so probably those ideas where already evaluated in the past. But it will be cool, if this type of ideas could come better with everybody participation and after that will go forward _______________ In light of day, nor dark of night, no evil shall escape our sight. That is why you assemble a team of mappers and whatnot. That way it doesnt pull the JACs and JAKs and JATs away from their duties TOO much. or just make it a new game were you start out with nothing, and you can become a jedi if u play alot ( many of theese kinda games, just that this would be with realtime action, like JA) get to choose from many different rases, start clans, be good or evil, or just a farmer or something.. hmm , this isnt really like JA or jkII but it would been cool _______________ Snoochie Boochie Noochies!
