Hey everybody. Very few of you know who I am, but lets get straight to the point. (Hope this is the right place to post this :S) Well I would like to teach all of you something useful in my first post. Some might already know this but im sure there is someone that don't. So here we go: If you are tired of lauching JK3 and looking at favorites to find the server you want to join then you can do this. Make a shortcut to the JAMP file (Jedi Academy Multiplayer). When you have made the shortcut go to properties and add this behind the location of JAMP +password here_you_set_the_password +connect here_you_set_the_ip. So to get to jk3.home you would have this "command": "H:\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData\jamp.exe" +password insert_password +connect insert_ip_here Hope at least someone understood this and learned a faster way to get to the servers. Or you could just download The All-Seeing Eye, a server browser that works with almost all (literally) online games. It's the best program out there. Google it if you want to find it. |

Perry plz edit your post and delete the IP of the server. It's supposed to be... secret. That's why it doesn't show up in the server's page unless you're logged in - cmad  _______________ Your friends of today, are your enemies of tomorrow. |

Garos, you can make a new shortcut for this. Right click anywhere on your desktop, select "create new shortcut" then browse to your jamp.exe file. After it's created it, right click on it > properties. Go to the top text box, then stick in the +password insert-password-here and +connect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxxx and you should be done |

Garos, i think you can input that stuff if you right click on the shortcut you have to JA and go to properties or something like that. that'd be where you add those extra values to get straight to the server. _______________ this is the internet, be serious damn it! |

then you could have two shortcuts...or as many as you want for that matter! You can have one for all the academy's servers, plus the standard one for all servers |
