I've played the game for 4hrs and 7mins so I really don't know much yet, but I've heard many people here already completed the game, and I would like you people to tell me if I'm just wasting my time with KOTOR or not? I love this game, and yes it does run on basic d&d rule sets, of course the only difference is the feats, magic(aka force powers), and class system which IMO was a little limited. But then again, you want to be a jedi so who cares if you can only pick from soldier, scout, & scoundrel. Dark side was fun to play as, nothing like being a dink to everyone you meet. I was hoping to get it (like next weekend, after taking FF:CC back (it's rubbish IMO)) but I'm not sure or how much of an RPG it really is (I prefer D+D rules myself). I was reading that it plays like Baldur's Gate, although I'm not convinced from what I've seen. Still, it looks awesome, and I will get it, and KOTOR 2 is coming in February (=w00t!). It would be cooler if there was multiplayer mode though :/. |

Frankly, I think it's awesome... It's right up there on my top 3 pc rpg games list. yes, definately not a waste of your time I really like it, even more the second time Also, about the rating, I think I'll go with a 3. It's been a while since I played of course, but the cycle of Sith seemed a bit boring. With this, I don't mean the Sith Ending, but the Sith Story in general. How Student kills Master, and then the Student becomes the Master, it's all just a bit boring but the story rules though! _______________ Visit the Belouve Family Website!
