Hey guys an girlies  , rite im jus makin this post, quite a serious matter reali, i jus wanted to bring up, basically i think that ppl r noticin a difference in the JA, an ive read a few posts now of ppl leavin because of various things, now me on my own, wel i dont reali think that im goin to b able to help, BUT firstly i wanna no from everyone in the JA, wot they think on the situation, whether they think summit is not rite or even wot is gd an should stay the same.i hope JAK+ can help me out on this, i reali dont have the power to make a difference, but im hopefully everyone can take part, an try an make the JA a better place, but if u all think the JA is fine how it is, by al means put that, but i jus wanna no wot everyone thinks, an if ppl REALI think the JA is not runnin smoothly, cus personally i think ther needs to b a change, i aint been in ere 4 THAT long, but ive heard complaints on things, i realise ther always wil b complaints, but yea, i reali wanna make JA a better place 4 everyone, an i think everyone should help out as i said b4, everyone uses the JA an stuff, so everyone is reponsible 4 makin this place better.an this is serious, i reali dont want ppl puttin stupid comments on, thanx . i no this sounds reali negative, but the JA is reali a great place, an im sure most ppl wil agree wiv meh, but i think this is a serious matter that need to b spoken up bout . an one thing, il quote helene, she jus said "treat other as u want to be treated" i think this is very true, an how ppl should act in JA, basically repect one another, not JUST JAK, because ther higher, ther stil human bein .hope everyone is alright, take care......SoL _______________ RaiN!+ThundeR! http://www.myspace.com/solomongrist This post was edited by PheoSoL on Jun 01 2004 09:39pm. |

You know, since being active I have gone from just glancing at this site and servers once or twice a week to having this as my home page and being on every evening. A lot has happened especially recently. However, this IS a family. It is very special. The structure is good and does not need any change in my view, but there will always be some kind of falling out just like in a real family. What makes the JA extra special and unique is that people care enough to say Sorry and make up....just like in a real family. I really hope when Master Doobie gets to relax and reflect on what has been created here he realizes this...Amazing! I also hope that people keep caring about each other and make new members welcome and leavers know they are loved and will be missed. On that note, this is the only addition I would like to see is a permanent area for newcommers and leavers. This would make it easy to welcome people and give our best wishes to people leaving. Enough said....just my view Peace to everyone and if you're feeling a Pi**d O** then why not seek me out on the servers and kick my sorry ass...I'm an easy target...(hey if I create a skin with a bullseye target on my bum, do you thing they will add it to the servers??) _______________ "You don't know the power of the dark side....Buurrp!" |

Who says you cannot make a difference? Anyone can make a difference, JAK+ or not. Everything else, I think the JA is great. While I was reading your post, I realized that I’m feeling almost the same about the JA. The JA is a great place for jedi academy, probably even the best place to play it. The atmosphere of the JA is unique, it’s really like a family. Everyone is bro with everyone. But since 3-4 weeks, I’ve seen sometimes that people weren’t caring about joining or leaving people. Some new players receive the welcome tour the first time they join but are left in the corner the next time. By luck, this doesn’t happen often. But anyway I wish to make a call to all students here in the JA. The JA is what we, the students, make of it. JAK+ make a great work, but they cannot build an atmosphere for us. So each student, even if he’s really new, should try to make others feel good. At this point some will say we’re there for fun, not to care about others. But I could ensure you that the biggest interest in this game is not the game itself, but the people you meet and the friends you’re making. If I had not my friends here, I will have stop this game from a while. And I’m afraid that if people stop to care about others, in some months the JA atmosphere will be something without interest. Don’t forget that the community is growing very fast. What is the difference between a village with 300 citizens and a city with 60'000 ? The atmosphere… The community is becoming a city so I wish we could be pionner and build a huge community with a strong atmosphere. All people who where there before us did a so great work that we cannot come there and have a smaller behaviour standard. I hope my text is understandable. If not, sorry for my english.
