You probably noticed that I have been very elusive the past weeks or so. Plus i have been cancelling and missing classes alot. And I thought I would make this post to explain the current situation. I work for a kind of temp service. I get loaned out to companies as workforce for shorter periods of time. Sometimes just a week and sometimes a matter of months. A few weeks back I got a assingment that put me on a late shift. I work pretty much until midnight. And that leaves me about 3 hours at home for food, tv and some forum posts. The mornings after is mostly spent waking up and prepairing for the following workday. That pretty much screwes up my weekdays. On top of that I have had a shitload of stuff to do during the weekends. So thats pretty much why i have been missing on the servers, cancelling classes and padawan session...stuff like that. This is probably strech all the way throught June (since my assingment is that long). In July i have 4 weeks vacation. I can't say how much of that im gonna be home, but probably alot more than I am now. After my vacation we will have to see what assingment i get then. Add also that im planing a move after the summer. So i have a pretty thight schedule. Now don't worrie. Im not gonna retire or anything like that. I just wanted to post all of this so you know what my situation is and why i have been scarce. I havent been ignoring everything.. nice to see you aren't planning a retirement budd. I feel your pain on working nights. Was 1030pm til 0700am from Last June until a month or so ago. You will learn to fear the sun and find out that they have renamed it to something else when you get off of nights. It's very disturbing, we called it BOB, and now we're back to the sun?
