First, when I try to log onto the server, I get "invalid game folder" - I downloaded all the stuff and put it in the gamedata/base folder - is there more? Seond - when joining ther games - I've seen computer -generated remarks saying "so-and-so has challenged you to a duel" - a) How do you do that, and b) how do you respond? Thanks |

a good way to tell teh difference between jk2 and jk3 servers i so get a program like ASE(All Seeing Eye). just goto google and seach for "all seeing eye" DL it, its a great thing to have |

Connecting to jk3-home. Definitely bought the game. I was a bit concerned because it was called [JA] home in the browser, but I see they're the same IP address different port - pretty sure I entered the right port, but I'll doublecheck (I did use the right password, so it should have been ok). So I take it putting them all in the gamedata/base folder is the right thing to do? I'll doublecheck the version of JAcademy (why is JA=Jedi Outcast on the servers? drives me crazy!) Thanks for the "K" key - I swear I don't see that anywhere in the manual :>  |

Yea, jacens right, that might be the problem. what server are you connecting to? remember the Jk3 severs is for Jedi academy, and the [JA] for JKO This comment was edited by DJK on Jun 21 2004 12:47am. |

1) Try restart jka again and than try refresh the list and than try join 2) when someone challenges you to a duel, press "K" to accept the dual. you can use "K" to challenge other players to a duel too by walking up to them and press the "K".
