Ok, I need a more experienced mapper to help me bot route my map.
My plan is to set up the map for play and walk through advent to work out the routes. One of you other mappers wanna help me out? _______________ Death is only the beginning. |

Thanks Kal. Now I understand why you started this thread
Bot routing for this map would not be easy, but with a skilled router you could have a nice training facility. There are special waypoint commands to let bots wait on elevators and jump from platform to platform. You could even have a bot “camp” on top of the pillar (when the route takes them into the pillar room.) Well the bots are able to use elevators in the deathstar level and on the nar shadda ctf level aren't they? Actually, with all the little elevators and the like, I'm not sure any kind of bot routing will get the stupid things off the first floor. Besides, they don't know how to properly use any of the dueling areas except the matrix style rooms. Great map, but I don't think bot routing would add anything to it. |
