As the great and powerful Jedi Academy Datapad once said ( )To get a Master isn't simple. First, read this. This is a simple text to explain where you can get a master. Please also note that this thread (the one I just gave you the link too) is not the place to ask for a master. Next, the worst thing you can do is just randomly ask them to be your master. First of all realize that you don't need a master to excel at this game. It does help though provided that you pick the best master for you. Things to consider is their style of playing (do you agree with it, is it one you admire), their attitude (do you like them, are you friends with them), their timezone (will you two be able to get on at similar times), and if you feel like you can learn a lot from them. The only way you're going to be able to make these decisions is to get to know them first. Keep an eye out for them on the servers, or leave a message on their profile. Try to avoid using the word master...because that's actually not what you're looking for yet. Ask them if next time you see them on the server (if they are not busy - always be respectful of the one you want to learn from), if you could ask them a few questions about the game. If you see one in the game and he is not busy, introduce yourself and duel with them a bit. Ask them questions about your fighting style and ask if they'll show you a few things. I'm sure they will be more than happy to help. Get to know them over time. After awhile it will become very clear to you who should be your master. And if they feel like they know you and that you have the right attitude, then I'm sure they will accept you. Good luck! If you want a master post HERE. But be patient about it. Most only take on padawans that they've known for quite a while.
