Hey, I'm having a little problem with the jjs_server_pack models. I downloaded and installed them, but when I go to a server, they don't seem to work. I tried pressing tab to 'refresh' the models, but most of them are just Katarn. There are a few new ones that work though. don't worry if you spam BFs when you try not too, you can't avoid doing BFs all the time. the key combo for BFs is just too sensitive i'm afraid... |

as for the "couldnt download game folder "blah blah.pk3" you guys need to turn off autodownload before you even try to connect to the ja servers. if you dont want to download "jj's skinpack" as stated above in virtues comment. the servers wont waste bandwidth letting people dl from it as it is needed for the mass amount of people who join the server. so either dl the required things for the servers which the links are provided above in the intitial thread or turn off auto download. thanks guys and hope to see you guys on the servers. Hi everyone!!! hum I'm having problems to connect to the server too, it appears the message about the invalid folder, and in the console it says I'm missing these files: siege_destroyer.pk3 quinlan_vos.pk3 obi_wan.pk3 jainas_lightsaber.pk3 fluffy.pk3 It also appears the following URL: updatejk3.ravensoft.com I've already checked the option to automatically download all necessary files, but downloading those files through the game is very slow (like 2 KB/sec), and my Internet connection can be faster than that. My question is, is there anywhere else where I can get those files? Am I doing something wrong at all? Sometimes it connects, but immediately, the game freezes, with my character with its arms opened and sometimes stuck inside a wall... And it keeps telling me that I'm an unpure client... What an ofense!!  , Hehe, anyway, if somebody can help me, I would really appreciate it.Thanks in advance you guys! _______________ May the Force be with you, because it's still with me... Press SHIFT + ~ to open the console, then type /connect [IP here]; password [password here] Without the [ and ] ofcourse. I'm having some difficulties myself, I did all the above and downloaded all necessery files, bu when I try to join it says "Invalid folder". _______________ The Force will inspire me to make a decent signatue. Until then, this will have to do. |

Oh. It's not easy finding the JA servers on the intenet filter, so I think its alot easier to put it on favourites. To put a server on favourites, you need its IP. The IP is in the long box above the permenant post. Write down the IP shown. Enter the game (JK2 or JK3, depending on the server's name, [JA] for JK2 servers and JK3 for JK3 servers) and goto Join a Game in the multiplayer's Main Menu (click Play first). Now, change the filter to favourites by clicking on the box above the servers that says filter (or something like that) and click it to favourites. Now, click Add favourites and type in the IP you wrote down then click OK and then click on Get New List and then its there!
