Rogue, have you tried using a download manager???? IT might make a difference. Of course, if you already did, ummm....Beats me...
Try and get it off someone via MSN, AIM, or IRC.... You could do it the hard way: 1 at a time....

hey, can anyone help me out here...i've tried to download djs skin pack at least 4 times, and each time it says download complete after only 110mb and i get a corrupted zip file...what's up with that??...thanks in advance... |

wondering if ne1 could help me with a problem im having on the server, everytime i move it says "connection interrupted." Im on my schools network which has a fast connection, but m also behind a fireware, ne help here would b hot _______________ Come on now, every Generation X boy wanted to be Luke Skywalker. You cant get the "Jedi Academy Mod" as of yet...It is not available for download. As for the 213MB file...that is just a skin pack...you dont really need that if you have a modem cause that is just an insane thing to try to accomplish. Perhaps maybe we can start shipping CD's to those of you with modems...Hmm...perhaps something a Supreme Chancellor can do for his fellow Jedi. _______________ Get busy living, or get busy dying. |

Blade_knight: Actually, you just need to enter a password before you connect:
From the "favorites" selection, click on "password" first, then type in the password for the server (which you can get from the servers page, if you are logged into the website) Then try to connect again. It will take a few minutes to download the mod we have on there, but then you should connect fine. -Huxley |

blade_knight: it just says that you have a too high ping. i think server kicks everything above.. err... 600? it's there to prevent one guy to lag out all the others. so what to do about it?
-in most cases it's enough to just try again ;-) -if that doesnt help, shut down all other internet applications like messengers, browser etc. -if that isn't enough, wait about 30 min. sometimes internet is just weird -still doesnt help? get a better connection (ADSL, cable) or buy a house closer to the server ;-) hope it helps -Aeth _______________ Aeth S'kray *June 2002 +September 2003 |

I have a request to ask of someone much more learned than myself, and I'm sure that's everyone here .
I bet you've already heard that question, but please, humor the n00b. When I tried to connect to the server. It gave me a message stating "Server for low pings only". Now, me being completely inept at online play, I have absolutly no clue what that means or how to remedy this problem.
