I'm doing alrighteh, just struggling to manage life / studies / fun. I was hoping to whip out a few articles but I just dont get the time.

Hi Alex.
I'm fine man, thanks for asking. Yes, you'd be right in thinking so, I play it almost daily. And IMO yes tis well worth it, if you like Tolkien. When you get the game, you get the first 30 days for free, just have to fill everything out, and give an account for future purchase of gameplay. Then start playing, if at end of 30 days you feel no it wasnt worth it, you can deactivate account without paying for an aditional 30 days. So yeah IMO, get the game, you and your gf. I'm on the EN RP Laurelin serv, dont let the RP tag fool you though, you can play like a norm advenure game on it. But if you should feel like it, you can walk up to some Rp'ing ppl and be all like; Mae govannen!, do a smart bow, and be all in character. 
If you decide to get it, let me know, would be fun as hell to be your sidekick, and think you could benefit from it, as I'm lvl 40/50 now
