Majno is the guy who makes all of these avatars. Try talking to him. He usually asks you for an image so he can apply the frame design to it.  Basically, he started out making one for himself, then somebody asked him to make them one, and then other people liked it and asked him as well, until practically half of the Jedi Academy have those style avatars.  |
