There are herbal muscle relaxers as well for those who do not like synthetic medicine. I believe you can simply grind the pills, but that leads to quicker and subsequently shorter relief. You could simply mix it with a beverage and sip from time to time which mimics the delayed release of solid pills.
I believe western medicine is quite powerful and beneficial! I do not believe I could type this if it wasn't! Although I suppose it is open to abuse and commercial influence tends to blur the line between effective medicine and quick fixes. I'm still years from becoming a full fledged green suit surgeon, but it's coming along. I will become a full fledged scrub this coming summer hopefully! _______________ "Deos fortioribus adesse." Oh, that sound rather unpleasant. It sounds like you had a bad coughing session and sprained your abdominal muscles. We usually flex our abs when we cough and our body can have sudden contractions when we cough heavily. The two don't mix well and can lead to abdominal sprain. You should ice down your abdominal area to reduce spasm severity! Maybe take an OTC muscle relaxer or anti-inflammatory muscle reliever!

Well, there is still quite a ways to go until I can work in neurosurgery! I am almost finished with medical school, next would be completing my time as a scrub then I'll have to work in general surgery whilst studying neuroscience for no less than half a decade!

Good for Mintaka of the Pink! Although it is sad that he does not stay in at least limited contact!
I don't believe I will find time for JKA until later next week when I have time off from work! Perhaps we should attempt something around the holidays! I would guarantee my attendance due to me not going virtually anywhere for several weeks. I do play a limited amount of JKA.
