Sorry it has taken a while to get back to you. I've been busy. The adjustments I made did make SP bearable enough so that I could play but the cutscenes still lag, Rash still kills himself when jumping the creek and I plain gave up on it until a patch comes out. On the other hand MP works like a dream. Keep in mind I have a Radeon 7000 with 64 Megs on board so it's not exactly the same card as yours so if MP works ok you probably don't need this. Here we go. Desktop>right click>properties>settings>advanced OpenGL tab>move the top slider all the way to the left so it says performance>compatability settings(at the bottom af OpenGL page)> force Z buffer>disabled> alpha error diffusion,triple enable anything else mine doesn't have enable or error diffusion do not select force Direct3D tab>main slider performance> compatablity settings> W disable> Z, DXT, alternate pixel enable all>alpha error diffusion Make sure you apply all fixs before exiting. You can also go to http://www.ati.com/ and get a PDF copy of the manual for your card(that's how I figured to try all of this).One more thing I'm using catalyst 3.6 because it was suggested to me and it seemed too help(if you revert don't forget to uninstall all components first before installing new ones) Now for the in game settings. I turned everything off if possible, low otherwise. I'm playing in 640x480 resolution. On the secondary video settings I left antisotropic filtering all the way to the right but everything else off, except wall marks. Thats everything I can think of. Try these if you haven't. Another option to try would be under the main launch menu(still on the desktop before you get to the main game menu)under help select analyze computer. When done it will say install DirectX and DirectX Diagnostics. Select diag. and under the display tab select Test DirectDraw and test Direct3D. If these tests work DirectX should be fine otherwise uninstall it and reinstall it from the previous menu. Man this is a lot of stuff! I hadn't realized it before typing it out. I hope this helps. If it doesn't take the game back and exchange it for something else until a patch is released(I'm too stupid to do this because I 'm such a hard headed Jedi wanna be). lol thats funny, coz I've been SiC for, say, 2 months. praed let the clan go down, and suddenly starts it up again with you as SiC and without telling me! dang I hate that guy sometimes. oh and I cant remember seeing you around when Ti went down coz kalla didnt show any interest at all and when i was the only one fighting for the clan. Ti went down, its not on hold, it apparently just revived again.
