Jedi Academy is not officially in stores anymore. You might be lucky to find it somewhere, but I cannot tell you any particular shop.
I got my second copy of the game from ebay - no problems there. When you buy the game used you get the full game. Just as if you would have bought it new in a store. So you can still create your profiles, etc. The condition question is legit, but that's how private sales (like those on ebay) are.
