Acey, sorry for leaving like that and leaving one of my partners hanging, but the other one was just too much. I've been real easy to set off lately because of some RL issues. Tell you what: could you work together with someone else? I have Undead working on an AVI as an optional high-speed internet introduction to the JA. It will basically begin exactly like the movies, with STAR WARS text and music blasted on the screen, fading away, then text scrolling up and away. I'll be writing the text for this (just haven't gotten to it yet). Something about the person searching all over the galaxy for a place to hone skills... He's planning on putting up an image of a ship - engines running and orbiting Yavin 5 - zooming down and up to the it, and then clipping to the interior of the ship. I'd like to have 2 characters there, one the soon-to-be student, perhaps the other his/her father... "Are you sure this is really what you want to do?" That kind of thing. Then - if possible - have a shuttle or something take off and shoot toward the surface of the moon. Next scene would be the soon-to-be student standing in the courtyard of the Jedi Temple, a bunch of people standing in front of the entranceway. DJ and/or Doobie would be there, welcome the student to the academy, wish them well, and then Bubu steps up and offers to be his/her guide through the academy. At the end of the tour, Bubu would say something like, "I'm sure you have many questions...let me suggest you visit the JA Holocron. It will provide you with far more information than I could give you right now. I wish you well, and congratulations on your membership to the Jedi Academy!" Howzat? Undead pretty much knows what I'm talking about (above) but I'm sure two people working on it would make it even that much more impressive!
