Hey,
I've got some ideas for the holocron project, and I want to cooperate. I don't know if this is the right place to discuss it, we should meet in the servers or in irc. I was wondering how large you wanted the project to be, do you wish it to be a source of knowledge on everything there is to know about Jedi Knight? Should there be a chapter about singleplayer, mapping, using IRC, history and description of the academy, player's logs, etiquette etc? It could be huge, and published by the academy in book-form and sold in the academy store. I think I could make a small contribute. The two things special about me are that - I was the first to teleport someone to death, that was before we had teleporting. - I am sure I'm the only one experiencing what I call the 'elastic lag' the most terrible form of lag there is. Anyway, plz contact me, either posting in my profile, here or on irc. Man, there is so much (non-fun JK related stuff) to do, I'm going crazy.
Weeks away from paintball season, and we get a huge storm. My friend has an EXT. It's a bit nicer than mine stock. Although mine is tricked out now, for some reason I kept the crappy plastic trigger frame. I have enough stuff on my gun to keep it shooting straight, quiet, and reliably. I have a low shooting pressure so I rarely break balls but my cocking pressure is insane. If I chop, I'm screwed.
My team shoots a few Impulses, Angels, Cockers, a Bushmaster, a Shocker, and a BK0. The Impulses are really nice, we have a ton of spare parts for them and one of our guys is SP certified. One of my teammates owns his own field and before he married his wife he told her that he would always have a mistress, paintball. He says if he had to choose between them he's not sure what he would do. 
I usually play front or mid. Lots of excitement, the best moves, and the most glory. I haven't played since late November. I'm going crazy. I have a part time job at a hardware store in the summer in addition to working at my teammates field with a lot of my income going towards paintball. I'd like to buy my own electro this spring if I can afford it. When I get out on my own, finding money to play is going to be tough. I will never quit though. Let's talk paintball What do you shoot? How long have you been playing?
I'm kinda mad right now because the Canadian Indoor Speedball Championships are cancelled. My team doesn't want to fork over the cash to play in the MR Series, which is basically the big thing here for serious teams. We have guys scattered all over western Canada and get together to practice before tournaments, of which we do a few together every year. I have a mechanical Pirahna running on co2(lol). It's embarassing when your teammates air tank alone costs more than your entire setup! I'm a sponge though, so borrowing my buddies Impulse is usually not a problem.
