I'm often hanging in JA IRC, but to be honest, I rarely go on servers - it has reason - there are certain files (models) which won't allow me to go on other pure servers, which don't have these files allowed. If you convince JA leadership to remove these models from academy map and tell them to allow these JA specific skins in other than in map folder, it's not a problem and I'd jump in more.
