Well, gather round, my boy, and listen to a short story. The entire thing really started way back on March 4, 2002. A boy by the name of JediSith999 applied for some hosting space at http://www.jediknightii.net/ Then, he made a post http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=39096 wanting to know how many people would actually be interested in joining some strange thing called "The Jedi Academy". Some people were thrilled. Some believed it would fail. So the poll reads that about 150 people would join, while 8 would not. Well, thus, as confidence gained, he recruited our friends DJ Sith (a.k.a. NerfYoda) and massadoobie. In a nutshell, that's how we got started. Ah. historian - n. 1 : a student or writer of history OR 2 : a writer or compiler of a chronicle. Back when the Holocron was getting started, Bubu wanted someone to do a timeline for the Academy.
