You will need; Pasta shapes, 3 big handfuls of grated cheddar,(and some extra for the top) 1 small onion(chopped), butter, chopped garlic, tbsp wholegrain mustard, cup of milk, tbsp cornflour.

Put the pasta on to cook - in the meantime fry the onion in a little butter, when the onion is soft add the garlic and stir for a couple of seconds, add the mustard, milk and cornflour, stirring all the time, add the cheese and stir so there are no lumps!! By now the pasta should be cooked so drain it and add the sauce. Transfer to a heatproof dish, sprinkle remaining cheese on top and put under the grill until it's brown and bubbly. ENJOY!!!
