To add a picture select the far right option on the tool bar and select "edit your profile" A list similar to your application for will be dislplayed, however at the bottom is a part called "Avatars" use the browse button to navigate your computer and select the image you wish to use. Please note that there ARE restrictions on pictures, such as the size of the picture i.e number of pixels and also The amount of space it takes in terms of hard disk capacity. Other than that your set to go, give it a shot.
