Hey Aron PHP is getting on my nerves, so I thought I'd ask you (DJ never looks at his profile, and you are the other guy I know that knows PHP, so you were the unlucky one ): I have a file index.php which include()'s another file header.php which (duh) contains the header of the website (like logo and stuff). The thing is, the header of the site also has a picture based on where you are in the site; that is a "news" pic, a "rules" pic, a "sign up" pic, etc. etc. Thus, the header, judging by the $_GET param it was given, should load the right picture. The result of header.php (the header gfx and stuff) must be sent back to index.php. Now, BOTH of these files must use a CSS file (the same CSS file). So the problem is that when i go to index.php (yeah I have apache), it doesn't include the file header.php correctly; that is, none of the contents of header.php are displayed. index.php includes header.php like this: include("header.php?where=News"  ;Okay since I think none of the above is any enlightening, I will post part of the code: --- index.php --- <html> <head> <title>Title here</title> <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/style.css" type="text/css" /> </head> <body> <?php include("header.php?where=News" ;?> .... the rest of the body code goes here .... </body> </html> --- header.php --- <table class="HeaderTable"> <tr><td><img src="pics/logo.jpg" alt="Alt text here" /></td></tr> <?php $imgname = $_GET['where']; echo "<tr><td align=\"right\"><img src=\"pics/where" . $imgname . ".jpg\" alt=\"Viewing: " . $imgname . "\" /></td></tr>\n"; ?> </table> <table class="NavigTable"> <tr><td><img src="pics/navigTop.jpg" alt="Navig Top" /></td></tr> ...... blah blah blah........ spam snip....... <tr><td><img src="pics/navigBottom.jpg" alt="Navig Bottom" /></td></tr> </table> -------------- When i go to to index.php, I get the contents of the body of index.php (the ones i didn't write down), but the contents that should have been there after the include() are missing. If i go straight to the header.php site like header.php?where=News, I get the contents of the header correctly, unformatted of course. I ommitted including the CSS file in header.php because that would result in double <head>...</head> statements; plus it should work well since header.php is included in index.php.
