Heh... C#... I don't like that for two reasons: (1) It's a Java & C++ rip-off, or so I've heard (2) It's.... it's by MICRO$OFT   Well I haven't really tried to be able to diss it properly Java? Some time ago I started looking at some tutorials, and it seemed like fun. But when I realised there are no pointers in Java, I said "Whoa this lang is deffo not for me!" Well I've seen some really cool apps recently, that were made in Java, and I love the fact that Java can be used in many devices, so I might as well give it a try.For every-day use, I use C++. When it comes to UNIX programs, *most* times I use C (the rest, I use C++ again). Those two languages are by far my favorites (atm). Of course I used to do Pascal... I don't use it anymore since C++ has taken Pascal's place in my life But when it comes to developing an application with a GUI and everything, I use Delphi I just never thought of C or C++ as a tool to make GUI apps; that's just my opinion.Of course I'll have to learn perl and/or python, since I've been hearing very good things about them As you get see, I need to get out more Heheh _______________ Your friends of today, are your enemies of tomorrow. |
