Heh, nice of you to offer. But unfortunatly, I don't give out my maps to anyone, and I don't need any help working on them. Thank you for offering though. If you want the tools required to make maps, you might try running a Google Search for "GTK Radiant", this is the program used for editing and building your own maps. its on jk3files. but inorder to code mods, you need more than a c++ for dummies book, you need well over a year of programming expiernce. Regarding SW:G, yes, you do have to pay a monthly fee of $15. This goes to pay for maintaining the servers. I believe you get one month free though, and you can have as many characters as you want. |

Um, its not that easy to make a mod, you have to know alot about C/C++ and then know alot about the source code raven has given out to make mods, you spend the frist few weeks lookin at the code figuring out what it does and where you can insert your modifications to make the mod. Well, there are free compilers out there that you can code with. Raven used Visual Studio .NET but that is usually out of the scope of price for anyone that doesnt use it to its full potential, myself included. _______________ Get busy living, or get busy dying. |
