Glad I ran into ya yesterday, you have improved alot. I gave you the basics, now it is up to you to explore your limitations and develop your control. Remember as well to keep flexability in oyur style, preconstructed movements never seem to end well. This is the main reasion I emphasise to use only the right and forward BFs as they are much more flexable. the left based one can be a bit flexable, but it takes more insight to see. Great words right htere, your style must flow from within you, I mean sure you can learn from others and teach you, but when you come right down to it man it has to be yours and come from inside yourself, that is what true expression of the martial arts is. Same guy Thats the only truth I know. :-( I wish he was still around, I would give anything to meet him.
