Hey! Well I'm sorry to say that this is a really busy month for me with accellerated summer classes, so I don't know how much help I could be  . But thanks for the compliment. For what its worth, here is some advice about 'getting things done'. 1. Have a plan. Don't do any big moves in the JA without having thought it through to the end. Make sure you foresee every little detail and let the ranked folks know what you're thinking. 2. Make it easy for the JAK+. Do all of the dirty work. For this, collect the map you want to use for this race. Try to find a place on the web to host that file. Also consider making a webpage to give things like rules, times, lineups, ect. Be professional and be serious...then people will take you seriously. Do everything you can to make it as easy as possible for the JAK+. Anywhere you can prevent them from having to go out of their way to make your plans happen, do so. 3. Get commited people, then get more. Pick someone who will be able to do the things you need like change the maps, gametype, spawn wampas (it would be best if you could get a map that already has them spawned). Then after you get that person, get a backup...cause things DO go wrong and sometimes people can't make it. If that JAT or whoever doesn't make it, you're screwed...so make sure you have that backup resource. A few things to think about: who will manage the race and enforce the rules? Who determines the winner? Are there race officials? And who are they? Are there prizes and what would they be? Is it going to be one huge race, or done in heats? I wish you the best of luck, and if my workload changes this month, I'll let ya know and be sure to give ya a hand. One last bit of advice: if you really want to make this happen, then make it happen. Don't sit around voicing your idea hoping someone else will pick up the torch and push your goals for you. It will take a lot of work and sacrafice from ya, but it will be worth it and a lot of fun for everyone.
