Hey thanks for the comment! So I heard about the clan and the site from a couple buddies so i thought i would check it out...must say I'm impressed so far. Well I've been playing JA for about a week now hahaha and it's awesome...but I'm not. I really would like to get better and didn't know if you or anyone else could help me get started and eventually help me pwn it up |

Hi, I was wondering why I can't use most of my skins (and I have alot of 'em) on the home server. _______________ My cousin Walt got a cat stuck in his ass. True story, the whole fiasco ended up on the local news. He was sent to the emergency room, big embarassment for my realatives. The next week, he does it again. Different cat, same result, followed by another trip to the emergency room. So, I go in the mall the next week and I see him buying ANOTHER cat! I go up to him and say, "Jesus, Walt! You know you're going to get this one stuck in your ass too, why don't you knock it off?" He looks at me and says, "How the hell else am I supposed to get the gerbil out?" |

That's pretty cool! I'm sure if they're anything like the British army (Which I'm sure you lot are, considering the history and all!) then you'll be taken care of very well once you decide to go. Over here you get a pension and a lump sum I believe, depending on how long you've served. :O
Your fella aware of what happened to the Argylls? All the Scottish line infantry regiments got merged into one big regiment, the Argylls are now only one battalion. A couple of battalions even got merged, like the Royal Scots and the Kings Own Scottish Borderers. 
But aye, I'm sure it's a big ol' culture shock, but I'm sure I'll get on fine! Just going to keep my head down and bull those boots real nice. This comment was edited by planK on Jul 23 2007 04:26pm. |

So you're one of those light infantry fellows, ey? The local battalion round here is light role, often see them tabbing up in the pentlands, most of them are from Fiji! 
You going for the full career then? It's 22 years over here, don't know if I'm going to go for quite that long, but we'll see what happens. Suppose I've got to get there first!
