(already replied in your profile, but putting it here just in case someone else is interested...) Glad you liked the name man. And I was also happy to see someone out in IN. We're not too far from Indianapolis... in fact, me and my wife are heading out to Celebration III later on. You planing to be there?As far as Mizong Hundun Jian goes, that translates pretty much to "Lost Track (or movement) Chaos Sword". I think that works pretty well with what you wanted. As far as my website, and the whole Jedi Mythos Universe... well, that's a long story, but I'll try to sum it all up. Basically, I was involoved in a jedi philosophy forum called (ironically) The Jedi Academy way back in 99. It was a pretty cool place to debate about stuff: it wasn't just a bunch of Star Wars nerds arguing about what side of the Force is the best, but rather a place to have some serious discussion about life itself. Religion, politics, morality, you name it. Tt was all just dressed up with a whole "Jedi mindset" and flavor. There was also a lot of story writing and role playing going on there, and I used to do a lot of stories with many of the regulars there as characters. However, I didn't want to use the Star Wars universe in my tales, for a variety of reasons, so I just made up my own for our use. It seemed to work well, and people pretty much liked it. Later on, there was a schizim in the JA website, and it ended up being mostly a role playing place. Most of the old timers left and helped form the Jedi Mythos site which I co-run with another old timer. It pretty much is like the old place, with similar debates and such. Major differences is that the entire site is now flavored by my own universe's style, and there aren't as many people frequenting the place as the old site. But hey, it's where we hang out. :-P Right now, I got an rp story going on where there's a major invasion of an unprepared system by a sith warlord. Many Jedi are rushing into to help, along with another Sith warlord who's actually benevolent, if still ruthless (things work a bit differently in my universe... everything isn't all black and white). A few friends of mine helped out with working out the plot, and I'm hoping it'll turn out to be one hell of a war story. When we get it all finished, I'll pass it along if you're interested. Or hell, if you want to participate, feel free. Anything in specific you want to know about my crazy Universe, just go ahead and ask. _______________ "Your Kung Fu isn't good enough!!" |

Welcome to the Academy BTW. I really appreciate the translation. "Wuji Hundun Jian" sounds cool. I wanted to ask if "Mizong Hundun Jian" translated into roughly "Lost Chaos Sword"? "Lost" being my type of movement. Hardly any straight lines. "Chaos" being my saber style. Unpredictable and can sting badly if underestimated. "Sword"=Lightsaber. Thanks a ton M8 BTW. Finally someone else that lives in IN! Also I took a look at ur webpage. What is Jedi Mythos Universe?
