Not at all. However, I never said right-right isnt a combo, I said it isn't a scissor combo. I dont recommend using a 'right-right' combo, since the only use it'd have is to 'fake' with the first swing and attack with the second. Thing is, if you rely on that, you must make a split second decision to either attack or not to do it, dependable on your opponent's response. Scissors (consisting out of opposite swings) are a lot faster than 'right-right.' Scissors are great for countering. In redstance (sometimes), you want to lure and counter with the same combo, in yellow, you use single swings usually to fake and a NEW combo to counter with. Here's why. Like I said, if you fake and counter with the same combo you must make split second decisions to either counter or not. There´s a big chance you´ll actually try to attack when it´s not the right time to do so. If you use seperate combos, however, for faking and countering, the chance to counter by accident is a LOT lower. Use one or two swings to fake, and as you fake, stay away, dont even think of attacking. When you counter, go all out. If you do something 'inbetween''(which is a side-effect of using a fake+counter with the same combo) you will either counter at the wrong time and not defend well enough, or try to counter and not go 'all-out' enough, as you're still thinking of faking. In both cases, you'll find yourself getting countered by your opponent. Therefore, either fake OR counter, I dont recommend trying to do both with the same combo. Second, right-right is a lot slower than the left-right combo. Why hit someone twice if you can hit three times? Why leave openings in your defence that long if you have the chance of narrowing them down faster? It works well for red, I guess, Im not a redstancer. I know they use fake swings, delays, or a right-right combo. Remember that red's slower than yellow and allows your more time to think about your next move.. yellow isn't red and vica versa. Like I said, use whatever you want. There are good yellowers out there who DO use right-right combos just for the sake of luring and then countering. It can work. I just personally dont recommend the use of it. I do think it's cool to see you putting in this much though You're activily taking part in a learning/development process, which is truly awesome to see. Thinking of different/new things is the only way to learn something new, which'd be great. Anyway, I hope that answers your question. _______________ The name is Bond. James Bond.
