So you're feeling quite confident on the ground and want to Slice and Dice from the air, and take Aerial encounters head on?
Then this is the right class for you! The class will be focusing on Aerials and Aerial Counters using red and yellow styles. Week1 - Basic Strafe/Hop Aerials and Aerial Concepts. Week2 - Basic Barrel Rolls, Week3 - Force Aerials Week4 - Countering (Wild card) Requirements: Seeing as this is a pretty advanced class, students attending are expected to know how to strafe/hop. This class is no longer in session. |
