I wanted to take this time to make a formal public thank you for everyone. As I've been here pretty much since the game came out last October, there are a lot of people that have been a part of Janus being who Janus is today (I hate talking in third person), in game and these friends need to be brought to the fore-front. Odan-Wei & Vladarion - The infamous two!  "Janus has joined the battle" and what would follow were a set of Hellos, a set of How Are You's, and an impression of the Jedi Academy that will never fade...These two are responsible for making me feel at home when I first joined and were two of my closest friends. Vladarion still is down deep, and Odan to this day we still are. I thank you my friend for your support and friendship this past year!Moridin - Shortly after the hellos by Odan and Vlad, I would be walking around trying to find people to duel. K key, K key, K key, noone would duel, just a bunch of people running around and pretty much a lot of chaos. Moridin would be the first to duel me, and we had a blast. Another one whom has stuck around and we've had our fun over these many months. I think Mor won too, I don't remember, but we had fun, and that's what mattered. Fun is what's supposed to happen in here! You can thank Mor next time you see him for producing fun regularly! n00b - I tell this story regularly because if this situation hadn't happened, it be a good possibility my staffing would be where it's at. You taught me the first combo EVER in game. I wanted to be different in this game, not really playing JK2 so much, and everyone had a single saber out, so I went staff. I looked ridiculous swinging the thing around and you n00b took the time to go, "Hey hey hey, watch where you're swinging that thing. Let me show you some things with it.." Another who's stuck by me all this time, thank you! 3th - Br3w! A long long time ago we met, probably within a weeks worth of joining, and we've always stayed pretty close, catching up on life, talking the good talk and always having ourselves a grand time playing the game. Always honorable, always a good sport, and are there for the same reasons I am, to have fun! Thanks for your support these many months! Mitch and Rendar - Another two who back in the day had some first duels with and fought honorably. Honor holds such a key to this game, fighting honorably, playing honorably, acting honorably. Never blamed anything for loss and never rubbed it in your face if they won. Good group of two who I wish were still as active as they were back in the day (Although I've been seeing you both on server as of late! Keep it up!) Faded - The first person whom I got know real well in the terms of "JAK+" and above. Our late night dueling, guns and such ended with me having my first "master" in game. He also whipped me into shape using guns back in the day and showing me that they can in fact, "be cool". Aphex - At the time, many moved in such ways that it was an art form when dueling. Aphex had some crazy jumping skills, bunny hops, cartwheel dances, and just moved amazingly. He introduced me to movement and was also responsible for testing me to be an Auroch. A great time, the Aurochs taught the value of teamwork and put together everyone on the team's skills to take on other clans or groups and have some fun. Thank you Aphex for giving me the chance and opportunity you have. Kenyon - I've watched him go from a beginner to knight. An honorable dueler who gave me as much support as I gave him. Talented individual whom does anything he can when putting his mind and heart into it. I learned a lot fighting single saber from the many duels. Jaiko D'Kana - Teammate on the Aurochs and friend. We've teamed up many times during our Auroch matches. I've known Jaiko for a long time and our respect back and forth is equal for each others style of fighting. Around January-ish, the end of, I joined the AOD clan, specifically on request from Kebeker, whom some may know. Within a few days, a group of them broke off to form the NOC, I went with them (Kebeker went with them). For two months I had some fun, but more importantly got to teach Staff, as sort of an official thing. Something I wish to do here as well(Classes stay tuned!). There was a good time, but like all good things, that came to an end as well. Doran was my closest friend there and he's a part of the academy as well. I want to say a big thanks to Doran and the NOC for their support in my teaching! The month of March signified the return of me to the academy. I never really left, but found my time being put 80% into the clan more than anything. When I came back, people whom had not the skills to be considered good were awesome and kicked my butt royally, friends had left, and a new crowd had taken their replacement. With a new computer in hand, I was able to handle Teamspeak and Skype. Onto the second wave! Leif - Well bro, what can I say, we've been through everything. Teaming up as part of the Aurochs started our getting to know one another. The FOTF tournament where we both cleaned house to bring the FOTF cup to the JA was our first victory. Man that was a fine time. I then approached you about possibly partnering up so I could learn Single Saber Yellow and pass some Staff knowledge onto you. You graciously took me under your wing. You reinforced my skills in movement, guns, single saber, and lended your ears and time to me many a times. I thank you for your support for all that time, as second Master to me, and wish one day to see you back here kicking ass and having a perfect zen of balance with real life in the process  .Mike/JJ/The King - *thrust* \m/ Rockin the metal all night long. You've always been a fun cat and making sure we all do in the process. Along with n00b and Moridin, you were one of the first to put a voice to the academy on Skype. By talking in game, we were able to put people behind the sabers we saw day in and day out. One of these days we'll have our first beer together in Scotland or so, and it'll be a great day . Thanks for your support all this time man!Teamspeak Crew - A mish-mosh of folk usually consisting of everyone and their mother. You guys always know how to have fun, and it's great to hear people and their personalities in the process of playing this game. You people KNOW who you are. Motrec - I'd call you the leader of the TS crew, honestly. Always yanking us into TS to talk, regardless of what we're doing. I thank you my friend for putting my gun skills past average and letting loose on the servers to have fun. Our late night gaming is classical and won't be forgotten. You've taken me as your padawan for the final stretch before the big step up to JAK, and today we'll continue to train onward. Thanks! Global thanks time Skyler, SmilyKrazy, Hardwired & Odan: For being there for me at the final hour .To All Students: For supporting The Academy and making it what is today and allowing it to continue upward. To All Staff and Council: For dedicating endless amount of time to make sure our fun works correctly, and to keep it running! If I've left anyone out (God Janus, you wrote a freaking novel!), I apologize, I will be stopping by individually as well on your profiles. Your thanks and congratulations have not gone unnoticed.
