Just wanted to ask: what force power do YOU use and how?
I have all lvl 3 neutral power except jump which is lvl 2 and lvl 3 Absorb and Heal. Any suggestions? _______________ I'm crazy, not stupid. |

First i'd like 2 say hi to u all i'm new to the academy and this is my 1st post. i'll usually go 4 the dark side powers, because i believe they are more powerful. Neutral powers i usually only have jump and push (for saber locks) on 3. Dark side powers i have Grip drain and lightning all at lvl 3. for the saber force i have all lvl 2 and if any is left over i usually spilt between the neutral powers. This set up has worked 4 me well on the public servers and i usually c a simarly set up 4 other ppl there 2, so i'm quite surprised to c a lot of light side powers. What's the best way to use the powers u have chosen? |

I have jump, seeing, push pull lvl 3, also all sabers at 3, and then lightning and grip at 2
maby then pull less. Seeing is very handy, becouse there are more shooting at the Servers now, and a lot with snipers, seeing duchs at those shots, comes in handy, I know... _______________ One night, I was lying in my bed, looking up at the stars and I said to myself: "Where the h*** is my ceiling?! |

Devils crush ey ? Ooooooh sounds scary. I can understand you not wanting to tell everyone about it (everyone needs their own little bit of privacy and keep some skills and techniques to themselves) but can you just tell me what it involves ? Its quite likley its already been done and you've just given it this name. Just wanna know if its a kind of force combo (I'm guessing from the sounds of it and the trend of the psots on this thread that it involves grip). I play dark because it fits my personality, and I know the secret technique of the the devils crush (that is the name and inventer). I am an offensive player so I use offensive powers, and I believe that stitisticly dark has an advantage. You never kicked me. It just seemed to hurt more than when I usually get gripped. I think it was because you did it the whole 5 seconds.
I've been kicked like 4 times while still being gripped. Do you do that? Jake, notice what I said, "Its too tempting to BE lame and exploit it." meaning its very temping to use pull after you have thrown it so they cant block it, which is lame, and an exploit |

My grip kicking right ? I'm surprised that there are still people who don't know about it. Or at least expect it. I agree on the force regen rate, it makes spamming everything easier. Does anyone else here want it the same as publics?
I use level 2 throw in FF duels sometimes, but rarely anywhere else. Jake, I looked into why your gripping hurt so much. 2, 2, 2, 40. It not lame Its like people who say that lightning spamming is lame. It there for a reason so I say use it. Not using it cos you don't like it is one thing, but calling it lame is another, as it kinda insults people who do use it.
Only lame thing about it is the throw pull exploit but theres nothing you can do about that (cept use the timed counter involving crouch, but is hard to pull off, will put it in the knowledge project as I can see it being important that people know how to counter this)I accept throw pull as part of the game now, and it is highly effective.
